Gyoza- Homemade Japanese gyoza with pork mince (or vegan), chinese cabbage, chinese chives, garlic and ginger. Pan fried then steamed.
Gokoku rice- Steamed fluffy rice with white, brown, red and black with quinoa.
Comes with a small tub of homemade dipping sauce on request
